Default pH of new water

I think I saw this here before, but I can't find it.
What does everyone get for a pH reading with freshly mixed salt water?
Kinda like a poll without the cool little java script buttons ;)

Stephane, which salt are you using? I use I/O and my pH is 7.9 (after heavy aeration)

According to an article by Craig Bingman, it "should" mix to 8.35

8.0 Kent salt. This was in my log book, probably the only time I ever tested it immediately after mix, (7.7) and then after aeration (powerful pump) at 15 min, and again at 24 hours (8.0).
