I found today 5 off them from my dead rock . something like small black spider. do anyone know what is it?? do they harm coral??
help please. thanks |

Sounds like an alien creature.. But could be a Brittle or Serpent star great addition for a clean up crew.

If the tank contains zoanthids they could very well be zoa spiders.
Google search picnogonads (sp?). |

I thought ur not supposed to put large dry rock into a running system? Wouldn't the die off cause a new tank syndrome?

one rock at week not change your water chemistry. just check water ammonia and nitrine. only should be fine .
