Nice tidy little package there. Curious as to your plan, will it sit inside the sump or are you going to have it in behind or something. What size is the sump? Actually more to the point what are the (rough)dimensions of the skimmer?

The sump is another Jack and Jason project. It had to be built inside the stand in order to accommodate the size I wanted. So Jack got high on Weldon40
You know I don't even know the exact dimensions but I do know we were limited to hight so its about 25" high.

It is in the sump. As part of the sump design the center compartment isn't effected by evaporation so this will not reduce the sumps performance.

Ron, I believe the are nylon, available from Home Depot. Same with the 1/4-20 nylon bolts.

I would of covered over the steel screw and put silicone on there just in case.
