![]() When I transport fish or corals long distances I make sure to have them inside a styrofoam box. If you want you can have the fish in a little rubbermaid/tupperware and then place the container in a styrofoam box along with your airstone etc. This is one way to prevent big temperature fluctuations....
(That's right, I have a styrofoam box in the back of my car for whenever I go livestock shopping). You can buy a cheap small one probably from a canadian tire or home depot type store. Or you can walk into your local fish store during their fish order day and ask if you can have one of the boxes. -shrugs-. That's where I got mine from.
