Decorated warbonnet (Chirolophis decoratus)
Can be found on either coast of Canada

From the looks of it, it appears to be a decorated warbonnet. Try to identify it from their main feature which is the bushy cirri that adorn the long head of their back. They also have cirri behind their head and on their fins. Their eyes are usually orange or brown.
