Default 4 foot Aquamedic 150 Watt Future
One 4 foot Aqua-Medic 150W futurestar fixture. Comes with 2 bulbs and moonlight built in. The bulbs are AB 150W and are like 6 months old and are still good.

come with 2 bulbs. this was my pride in joy as an equipment for saltwater. in excellent condition. not even a scratch on it.
