How Do I Post Pics??? Please Help

sorry but I am lost as to how I can post pics so they come up with my message??? Please help.
Does anyone know of a good place to post pics so I can give a link to someone and they can look at the pics?Thanks!!!

One of the buttons below where you type your post or reply is part of the "Instant UBB Code" and is labelled IMAGE. When you click it, you're asked to enter the URL of the image to be included as part of your post.

Yes, the image needs to be available online, such as at Dez's web page or Mine or delphinus'.
I do this as favours, for frags, or promotional considerations. ;) ;)
