great service
our store just started to deal with ocean aquatics
ive dealt with other places and did not get such great service wendell even emailed me offering support when he was off for a week great products too, my hat goes off to you thank you dean |

ocean aquatics has great service for sure. All the staff is great and Wendell goes out of his way to satisfy his customers!! I live in white rock so it being the closest quality store helps too.

I live in the middle of 4 aquarium places. I can choose from Paul's Aquatics, J and L, Big Als or OA and will ALWAYS choose to go to ocean aquatics. The staff are way nicer, they actually take the time to explain things (without making you feel like an idiot) and they make you feel important without mauling you and without giving you the feelling that they just want your money. The prices, well thats an added bonus.
