ID needed
Hi i,m trying to figure out what these tube like critters are on a piece i got from Oceanic Corals there are 4 you should be able to see in the pics they release a type of web damndest thing i have seen yet.

Vermetid snail. To get rid of it you have to break his cacoon and physically remove the body. They're not harmful but yes the web is ugly.

+1 I had one in my original 8 gallon nano, little bugger made a hell of a mess. I just pulled him out, lol I didnt actually know what it was though when I did so

I put reef safe super glue gel over mine, or epoxy. the gel works better though.

I was figuring on using my wifes knitting needle kinda stick it in and twirl the little buggers out.
