Default Vancouver Nano Tanks?

So, I moved to Vancouver last year and moved into a tiny condo in Coal Harbour...love the condo and my ocean and Stanley Park view but my 40g tank had to go (only have 558 sq ft).
My wife (god bless her) said 'I really miss our reef tank, does anyone make a tiny one?' YES! I figured this forum would be the best place to find out who carries what in the lower mainland. I have only seen the Oceanic and JBJ. I used to go to J&L for everything, and i was sure they used to carry the JBJ, but they don't show it on their website. I also have seen the Cadlights 4 & 8 gallon Pico's and they look pretty cool, but i don't know if anyone carries them. Basically, I only have room for a maximum 8 gallon tank. Suggestions?

I know you said max 8 gal but a standard 15 gal isnt that big , plus you can get 24 inch lights super easy.
