If you want to imbed the picture itself, right-click on the picture and select "Properties." You should be able to highlight the URL ("Address") for the picture, copy, and then you can paste that into a [ img ] {insert URL here} [ /img ] tag in your post. If there is any text following the ".jpg" extension just discard that, I'm not sure what that is but I don't think you need it, you just need the "http://blahblahblah.jpg" part. Hope this helps!

So the way I see it then, you can post pictures without having to have a directory (or website) at your ISP. You can just upload them to the pictures forum, and link to them there
