live rock
Hey guys I'm looking for advice on my liverock. I moved to bc back in aug and iv had 25lbs of rock sealed in a bucket, what steps should I go through to make sure my algea don't come back
Should I go through the whole cooking proccess and if I cycled the rocks (which I'm seeding with 8lbs from a fellow canreefer) for another 2-3 months with no light would that be good enough Just so u know I was still planning on scrubbing the rocks as clean as I can before they went in the tank for cycling

Sealed? How long? Could be pretty stinky. I'd wash/cook it again to get it aerobic again.
