I checked around my tank to see if he jumped out, nothing. He is 3 inch and I can't come up of what happen to him. Here is what i have 7 inch bubble anemones (fully extended) couple frogspawns and firetorch 2 branded shrimps long spine urchin couple snails and hermit crabs I checked my filter and everything, and can't find him. ![]() I've had fish hide inside holes in rocks before but if you've checked them all then there's a chance that it died and your clean up crew ate him. One of my small clown fish went missing last week as well. I've looked all over the place and couldn't find him. Haven't seen him since.
If you have a sump and there's no mesh protecting fish from jumping into the overflow then you could check inside your sump. If you have filter socks you might want to check in there too. <-- Opps you said you checked this already. Last edited by hummer; 07-31-2009 at 03:02 AM. |

![]() Do you have any cats? Just a thought.
I had a purple firefish and a goby hide in the rocks for weeks once. One day there they were there. |
