LF - Smaller cube

I'm thinking about selling my larger system but in the meantime I'm keeping my eyes open for a smaller cube tank. I'm thinking about a Solana but I also came across an ad on Kijiji ("40 gal starphire glass cube 24x24x16 reef ready with a 2 1/2" drain and 2 x 3/4" returns and polished edges thick glass that is rimless and a 10 gal sump tank that is also rimless moving out of country need to sell") and I'm ticked that I missed out on it(contacted but no answer) because it would have been perfect. So if anyone in Edmonton has something like this send me a pm.
