EECOL electric stocks them 403-243-5594 ask for Wayne, or Charlie
Commertial lighting also stocks them.

I went looking for a workhorse ballast for myself and was informed that the the CSA aproval has been lost on them due to the fact that they fire all kinds of diffrent lamps and cant get the proper ratings on them. They are working on getting the CSA back but for now they cant be sold in Canada.
