Default Tank build round 3? 20H with 10g Sump

Well i just finished my move to vancouver and am starting to get things together for setting up my tank again ( Old Thread) Since i sold most of my equipment before the move, im upgrading some of the things i wish i had done last build:
- Plumbing a 10g sump w/ Precision Marine RL100 skimmer, heater, Mag 2 return pump, etc
- Possible closed loop
- lighting to a 150w HQI Lumen Max 3 w/ a galaxy ballast.
- Predominantly SPS

I'm just working on a design for the overflow and return right now.
Does anyone have any suggestions. I'd prefer to have all my plumbing drilled thru the bottom of the tank , so i can get the tank as close as possible to the wall.

Also if anyone in the Vancouver area has a 1 1/2" and 1 3/4" diamond hole or experience drilling for bulkheads, any help would be appreciated.

A little Update with some pics, I think i've taken care of the lighting and the cooling.
Ive Installed the HQI 150w lumenmax 3 with a Giessmann 13k bulb
And some DIY Actinic lighting with 4-9w PC bulbs.
I also modified my canopy to contain 2-30 CFM Computer fans. One blows in one blows out. I was thinking I might put in a 1w moonlight i have lying around.

Im still working on the plumbing and have to silicone in a few more baffles, but it should be seeing water in the next week.

Heres some pics
