see all thoes hairs along his boddy? they don;t call them fire worms for nothing.. they will stick in ya and burn and itch..

that's why they're called BRISTLE worms.

We have some in our tank and they're ugly creatures (sorry if there's a worm police hehe).

Yeah compared to some of the ones in my tank it is just a baby. Looks like a couple I have in my 'fuge.

I might possibly have one of the largest local captive guy in my display tank. You should hear my wife say "Holy #!$#, look at the size of this one... ewww, it's so gross!" :?

He's no kidding the thickness of my little finger, and I can only guess his length as I've never seen him fully out of the rock he lives in. You can spot him at night extended about 8-10" out of his hole, scavenging. Would be interesting one day to see just how large he really is.
