Thanks for the info and offer Mik 101

I have a pump listed at 580 g/h that I am hoping to use in the sump is this enough, I do have others and I am only looking for circulation between sump and tank as I do have Powerheads/Korallas(?)(propellors)

As for a good sifter, you might try a sand-sifting starfish. They are pretty low cost and they don't dump sand on your corals sitting lower in the tank. I had two golden head sleepers that did a great job but everything in the tank was covered in sand. The starfish has kept things even cleaner and he doesn't harm a thing.

For cheap rock I would read for sale posts hear. There is always someone selling it here for cheap. For a sand sifter I would go with a orange spotted goby . They do a great job and don't go into the water collum while filtering the sand through there gills and cover your corals like the yellow headed goby.

For tangs their are a few I'm aware of that can go into a 70 gallon tanks such as kole scops and convict tangs.
