60 second rule for sending PM
Can this be decreased or removed? Its a PITA for those who are more proficient with typing.

it's a default security settting for the board so bot's can't crash it and people can't spam it.

if its default, is it adjustable? even a 30 second rule will eliminate spam but less of a PITA for regular users.
