fish trap, or a tiny fish hook. I bought on once small enough for a tomato clown, should work for damsels. Although my clown never took the bait.....

Put a fish that will eat them. That what I have done before when a damsel in my 55g become aggresive (I remove my shrimps and other fish that my lion can eat put them in other tank and scope up 2 of my lion and drop it in the 55g and after a few minutes damsel are gone) from that day on I only buy damsel as a feeder fish
