Does anyone have any experience with these? I am considering getting one, but I do have hermit crabs, snails and shrimp in the tank. I have 2 cleaner, 2 peppermint and a coral banded shrimp (all about 2-3" in length). Would the hawkfish or dragon wrasse be bad?

Both would make a quick & expensive meal of your invert collection. Sorry.

Anthony Of the 2, the longnose hawkfish might be the safer fish, but if I were you, I'd keep looking at other species. |

My longnose hawkfish never touched any of the inverts. They are too small to be much of a menace, IMO.

Very Cool fish! Can't wait to get another one. I lost mine due to jumping out of the tank.

			 A dragon wrasse - bad idea. http://www.canreef.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=14383

Long-nose hawkfish - better choice, requires expert care.

Long nose, or any Hawkfish, and shrimp would require a lot of caution. Probably not a good plan.
