Default Second chamber PH?

What should the Ph be when coming out of the second chamber? My second chamber is just a run through so that the media can mix with any remaining Co2, and also to help elevate PH. So I can't figure out if the first chamber which is mixing with the CO2 is at a low enough PH.

The pH in my second chamber is not significantly different than the first. The difference is like 0.01. (I run the first chamber at a target of 6.7). I don't know if that means I'm running the effluent too quickly (60ml/min) but anything less than that and the levels start to drop, so, I don't have much wiggle room.

I would take a few measurements of the pH in the first chamber (disconnect the second chamber temporarily). Then at least you know what's happening in there without guessing from the second chamber's pH.
