Looks like a Purple Collector Urchin.

It's an Echinometra mathaei. Common burrowing urchin or boring urchin. They tend to come in as tiny juveniles in corals etc. Then they grow out in your tank.

Yeah im going with rock boring. I put a piece of live rock in my frag tank to test it and he was instantly burrowed into the cracks. Cool looking urchin though.
