![]() About 2 months ago while fragging my fully purple acro and my
Hulk green acro I accidental broke of a few tiny tiny polyp pieces from each and I only had 1 frag plug left so I just glue all of them very closly together. Now that they grew out a bit up until about 2 weeks ago their color seem to have morph together. It's rly cool. I'm using iPhone cam so the pic doesn't look near as vivid as it does in person. The flower polyps from it seems to be a combine green/purple color. Can't get pic of it for it closed when I held it up. The purple acro turned a lot more blue/green now and have a very light purple/pink ring on its tip. Green acro turned a bit more green/blueish. The mother from the two are still the same color as always. Any1 else have experience with this? ![]() ![]() |

![]() 'hulk' and 'purple' are trade names and have little to do with the genetics of the actual coral. Are those the same species? I would have thought anything that wasn't the same species would have killed each other?

![]() Nice work bud. I tried that too a whole bunch of time but never succeeded. Let that piece grow and you can name it after you. Call it the Jason's ultimate hulk acro!
