How loud is your mag36 & where to get replacement impell

Does anybody currently run a mag 36? Mines quite noisy so i'm trying to compare; i think it might be the impeller but I would like to be a little more certain.
Aside from that, does anybody know where to get them replacement impellers for a mag 36? I'm sure JL can order them in but just wondering if anybody knows a place that has them in stock.
