Apex dead after power outage?
Looking for a second opinion on my apex controller before I go out and buy a new one or probably just shut the tank down. So today after a power outage my apex light controller came back with all ports stuck on, luckily I was in my living room when it happened as my top off and salt water change were both on and would have flooded my living room. When trying to access it through fusion it says it is not connected. On the controller it shows a fusion link and pulls a IP address I can log into the apex classic dashboard when it shows normal operation but it doesn’t seem to react to any changes I am trying to make. I’m thinking that the head unit is done. Has anyone else had this type of issue with there apex before. Thanks

I don't have an apex, but I hear there is a neptune forum where I am sure this question would be answered.
As well, if you buy a new one, invest in a surge protector so this does not happen again. So many electronic devices fail after a power shut down and restart. I have a surge protector on my TV and peripherals as well |

I would submit a ticket to Neptune through their website. They are pretty good at diagnostics over the support.
