Do you feed your corals?
As the title stats do you feed your corals or like me do you let your fish do the work?

A bit of both.
I feel they can benefit from a squirt of phyto/zoo or marine snow now and again for diversity. Sometimes I will target some coral with some mysis or a krill pellet when my nephews visit. Its a bit of a shotgun approach, even with regard to schedule. Now that I have drastically oversized my skimmer, I might move to a more consistent feeding cycle. I have a medium fish load, and they get fed 4x per day - morning and evening with a homemade frozen mash (human grade seafoods), and 2x during the midday with NLS pellets that I coat with Salmon Oil and astaxanthin. I turn off the skimmer in the evening after lights out and feed the water column with Reef Roids and Reef Chili. They are mainly SPS with a few LPS. I also recently started using Zeovit Pohl's Xtra at night too which has made a significant, noticeable difference in my tank. In the morning I add Zeovit Coral Snow and turn the skimmer back on. Just to note, my tank is very low in nutrients, and these feeding tactics are an attempt to increase nutrients.
