Default Out brake of small brittle stars

Hi everyone.
I have a boatload of small brittle stars in my tank that don't
Seem to get any bigger than a dime. Are they going to be a
Problem and if so how do I ride my tank of them.

Are you meaning sucking them out with a turky baster.
All I can see of them is their legs. Will it suck them from the rock?
