Something growing in my tank and I have no idea what it is and where it came from!!

I dont have Kenya tree, but I do have a toadstool with green polyps , this one has kinda pinkish polyp!

could be that your toadstool dropped a bomb in your tank and the "baby stool" is bleached out from landin in that crevasse and being starved of light for a spell?
