Does anyone know if the replacement filters from HD will work in a SWC r/o unit? (Carbon and 1 micron prefilter)

any standard 10" cartrage will work.

Yep. Zellars, Canadian Tire, HD, ect all have replacment cartridges. They are all pretty standard.
