Bug in my tank?

I found a bug in my tank last night. The thing is blackish gray and looks a lot like a blackfly or a packman ghost. It damn fast too. Took off like a rocket when I spooked it.

Any ideas what it is? Good or bad? Its too small/fast for me to get a decent picture of it.

Might be a 'pod. Either that or an insect fell into your tank

I have seen alot of different bugs/worms in my tank. Most are nothing to worry about. If you want to see these things at night use a red filter on your flashlight and you won't scare them away.
