Acclimatizing Frags

Hi Greg,
As you know, I've finally got some frags coming next week
I was just wondering what method of aclimatizing you reccomend ? It seems to be about a 50/50 split between folks floating the bags and doing a slow replacemnet of the water while others reccomend only floating the bags untill the temp is equalized then removing the corals into the air for 3-5 mins then immediately placing in the new aquarium .

What's your reccomondation/ suggestion ?
