Is it just the tank, or does the skimmer/pump come w. it?

It is just the sump that is being sold. It has been drilled 3 times with 2" I.D. holes 2 at the bottom and one higher up for an overflow. The bulkheads have been removed so again it is just the sump.

It looks to large for me, but what are the rough dimensions / volume?
