It works for me ... or has it been fixed already?

Maybe you have popups blocked? If you're like me and using IE (I know, I know, nobody should be using IE but I use IE because I'm too lazy to switch to a RealBrowser(tm)), the latest patch that blocks popups, you need to set "Allow Pop-Ups for this site".

I cannot find any setting for that.

but I remembered a nother tidbit.. they didn't work for about a week befor but then worked again... now they are not working again. so if everyone else is having no problems then maybe the problem is else where. weird.

Are you guys using a s/w firewall maybe, like Norton?

So far it's still working for me, but if I notice a PM come in without the popup I'll see what I can find out about what's different that time.

Tony, no firewall or anything like that. Nothing has changed (visibly) on my machine since the last time I got a popup. Are you using IE or Netscape or?

I just noticed that ever since I have the new IE pop up remover, I do not have anymore pop ups.
