gregzz4 will become famous soon enough
Default Pulsing Xenia is best not fragged in your DT

This probably applies to many nuisance corals, including mushrooms, kenya trees etc, but this is about fragged xenias that like to break off and float around
Beware of trying to get this critter to attach to LR in your DT as it can float everywhere

I picked up some pulsing xenia as my wife likes it, and it was all under control. I kept it on a rock on the sand bed. No problems

It grew .... go figure
I hacked it up with a razor blade and attached the pieces to LR rubble with rubber bands
I figured I'd take it into to the LFS once they were attached, but some heads broke away and got into my LR

I've spent weeks and weeks stuffing sand into holes in the LR to smother the little buggers, and I have taken care of all but one area

I will continue to fill the hole with sand until I see no more heads

Suffice it to say I will never again try to have xenia frags attached to LR or rubble before it's sold
Next time, if I need to get rid of some, I'll advertise it and sell it after it's cut , or I'll be a really bad reefer and send it to a freshwater grave
