Question Power heads and Anemone

So you have power heads and anemone let me know how your doing. What's your secret. Or did you loose a few or all of them or is it impossible. I heard its possible. Are you that lucky? What's did you do, what do you have in your tank. Those of us who can't make it work would like to know.

I got two killed by my MP40. Need to cover it up with foams.

Tell me about mine lasted one hour and she was beautiful. I was so disappointed I never took another chance, because I didn't want to loose the tank or put it in danger.

I have netting around them, works well! You can also use pantyhose.

When I brought home our RBTA back in Feb, I put it dead center (nearly) in the tank, in a nice crevice/hole in the LR. It kept floating around over the next hour, so I laid a piece of eggcrate against it overnight and by morning it was attached nicely
It hasn't moved since

Egg crate around the power head or RBTA?

Against the RBTA and not really touching it, more like a barrier, just to keep it on the rock until it grabbed hold

I have lost several anemones to power heads. The foam works well in preventing it if you're ok cleaning the foam every day. 48 hours in and you'd be surprised at how much flow those foam guards kill, so you really do need to give them a good rinse every day.
