Default whats safe to use

got a second hand reef tank 90g
it was taken down cause he upgraded to a bigger tank and never gave it a good clean, what can i use to clean it thats safe

Fill with freshwater then toss a jug of white vinegar in. Let that circulate overnight and it will be spotless. Your pumps will love you too.
