![]() Finally figured out how to do Macro Photos yesterday so been expermenting and these are my first attempts at it any hints or critiques gladly accepted photography is not my greatest skill

![]() it appears to be a Duncan that' sabout to be overrun by some Anthelia. You can almost hear its faint cries.

![]() are you using the auto focus feature? macro works alot better using a tripod and full manual, some good shots in there though, the brain pic is good

![]() No tripod(don't have one anyway) all were taken with macro setting on auto focus with lens against the glass to steady and then playing with colours on computer
Camera is a Finepix s4200 24x wide zoom bought it for Xmas just starting to learn to use it now ![]()

Most of those shots are out of that ball park. You also need something to keep the camera still, too much motion blur. Of course the subject also needs to be still as well so turning all pumps off for corals and asking fish nicely to stay still tends to work well. |
