Calgary - FS Sand and vortech/FF stuff from garage

Getting things properly cleaned out and organized after the move, have a few things to part way with:

FS - 3, 40 pound bags of Caribsea special grade sand. I bought 8, only needed 5. Asking $20 per bag (store sells them for 40)

FS - 1 Vortech MP10W ES - Been cleaned to as close to new as is physically possible. Was used for less than 1 year and has been in storage since August 2011. Asking $120

FF - SWC Extreme 160 Cone skimmer. It's free because I have no idea what condition it's in. When I tore down my 90 gallon in August of last year I barely cleaned it and haven't touched it since. I had the pump replaced at some point I seem to remember, and I'm pretty sure it worked fine when I shut the tank down, but the pump might need some love (or at least a good clean). I'm either giving it away or throwing it out. See pic:


FF - Aquaclear 20 HOB filter plus inserts. Never been used. I bought it for a design studio project in first semester (totally random I know) then didn't end up using it. I've taken it out of the box a couple of times, but it's never even been wet. See pic:
