RO/DI + hot water = OK???

will hot water damage a RO membrane?
i know water filters generally have an optimal temperature to operate at, but will hot water actually damage it?

and yeah, the reason i am asking is cuz i just realized i had my RO/DI running with the hot water, instead of the cold...
