the reason I'm looking to trade is this is for my frag tank so growth is the most important not colouring.

I don't think you will have a problem with growth either way. I'm running one half of my tank on 100% Royal Blue right now and getting better growth than I was with a 50/50 mix.

I don't know for certain but won't the superblue have better par being that it has more dominant blue spectrum?

well if that's the case never mind lol

I just assumed the blues we're more for color than growth, and since I'm just interested in growth.... I guess my assumption is just wrong lol
