Does anyone have advice? Mabey my is light to close all my perms are perfect!

It will eventually. It takes a while for it to grow back. But once it started it will take off like a weed.

how old were the previous bulbs? also did you lift the fixture up after replacing the bulbs?

I have bleached stuff in the fast by replacing the bulbs without raising the fixture. Now I raise it to the top of the legs and drop it 1/2 way to my desired point after one week and then to the point after 2 weeks.

you'll be fine, nothing to worry about
