Lighting will these work
This was posted on RC will these lights work has any one used them beore?
What do you think?  "GE Sunshine bulbs (5000k, 90CRI) at about $6 each, 80 watts of NO lighting. You could go with Philips bulbs (6500k, 86 CRI) from HD and save more -- 2 for $6"

K, certainly not for main lighting. Unless you had a lot of them, in which case you might spend more on balasts. And the color will suck. If you can't get MH, certainly get VHO or PCs. My choice would be VHO, but everyone's opinion is different.
