Default does flatworm exit effect mandarin dragonnet food

I dosed with flatworm exit this weekend, followed the directions with carbon then a water change everything looks fine today. I just am wondering if the flatworm exit has any effect on dynoflagenates - kinda got me thinking afterwards if my mandarin is going to be ok. Right now he's foraging like normal, but its hard to tell if i've removed his food source.
anyone have any experience with using flatworm exit while having a mandarin , and how he made out?
thanks

no ,however after you use the exit be advised that alot of fish like the manderin will try to eat the dead flat worms and then the toxcins will usually kill the fish from the release of the dead of the flat worms
