Default CLR and rusty tools

So I had to try this, seen the commercial for like ever about it erasing the rust from old tools.

My magfloat has this small addon the magblade but it gets rusty if you leave it in saltwater even tho its stainless steel.(not everything that is can withstand salt)
I used to use tweezers to grab bristle worms, and I have a few other things that just turned brown due to salt water.

Well half a glass of water and alot of CLR.
I woke up today to find all my tools that were covered and unusable now completely shinny and new.

I also put in a pair of pliers that were rusted open and unable to close.
Even a old razor knife that was so rusted I couldn't get the old blade out of.
Even the piece of metal on my refractometer that gets rusty.
All of these are now working.

I suspect a very good rinse in freshwater would remove any residue making it safe to use.

Gratz to CLR for saving everything i soaked in it.

Give it a try.
Out of curiosity if you try this post below the tools you saved.
