as the title says 75 gal rr herbie would be best. but if not thats cool too.

Ed, there is a used 75 gallon tank (1/2" glass I think) at Marine Aquaria, anyway, it's way overbuilt. $75 only. Get them to drill it and get some glass and there's your tank for dirt cheap!
