red mangrove plants need information on them

does anyone here use these plants and are they as benifial as what i have red?

Only had em for a while, but them combined with my clam and chaeto results in nitrates close to being non existent in my tank?

We recently got 20 mangroves, and within 4 days they have droped the nitrates by 5. Pretty darn good if i say. May not have to get the pellets after all.
