Default how much water change on first cycle?

im just wondering what % of water should i change after my first cycle. so far i have about 40lbs of live rock and 60lbs substrate...i plan on gettin more rock later. as for the tank it is 65 gallons with a 40 gallon sump with filter floss. i have 2 power heads but i don't have proper lighting and i dont have a skimmer yet. also, what would u suggest for a clean up crew...i was thinkin about 20 astrea snail but i dunno wut else to get? when should i introduce them to my tank?

I'd do as many water changes as required toget your nitrates down if youjust finished the cycle
I bought like 30 snails for my 120 gal and over half died as soon as food supply ran out

I would start with maybe 5 -10 and add them slowly as required

I now have approx 10 nassisaus snails 5 astrea snails 2 turbo snails and 3 cleaner shrimp mainly cuz they look cool
