Wink Zeovit carbon question

When on the zeovit system do u have to use zeovit carbon or can u use other carbon, currently I'm using fluval lab grade carbon and u have to use the amount they give u in the bag because it is the proper mix, will this be ok?

I am full Zeo and use Kent carbon. As long as it is good/high quality, all should be good.
