Default Harlequin Shrimp

Anyone know who sells Harlequin shrimp or can get them in? I have a plague of Asterina stars and I've heard that Harlequins will take care of them.

Plague?.....Why do you say plague....they are harmless and beneficial...if you have alot of them chances are that the population will balance itself out naturally...

I had harlequins once and did not notice them eating any of those little white starfish in my tank. I had to buy big starfish and they would eat those. Not sure why mine (I had two) would not touch the little white ones.

Thanks for the replies but due to the weather I won't be heading to Edmonton any time soon.

I have also heard of people with "plague" Asterinas. They bought Harelquins, and found they wouldn't touch the small starfish.

Harlequins only eat certain stars. I think there are 3 varieties Linkia, the sand sifters, and one other.
